WHERE DO YOU PUT YOUR MONEY ???

Looking for a bank account that pays you money?  Look no further.  The below banks offer new bank accounts with a bonuses up to $300, as of 5/14/17.

With such tiny interest rates on bank accounts these days (around .001% on some), it is nice to see banks offering heavy bonuses for opening bank accounts.  When looking into such accounts, be aware of what you need to do to get the bonus, and also what you need to do to keep the account in "no fee" status.  If you are able to do these things on a continuous basis without forfeiting or reducing your Bonus, then awesome!

Also consider if and how you will use the bank account going forward (so not to create clutter via bank accounts), even if used as just an out-of-sight savings account, and determine before hand if and when you will close the account if you do not end of really using it in the future.  Be sure to close outside of the required window of the Bonus.  Also, be aware that bonuses are considered interest payments and will add to your income on your taxes---however, net of taxes, you are still more than likely, ahead.  Please refer to your accountant for further details for your particular tax situation.

1. Pays $50, 200, 300 to open bank account. Good thru 6/30/2017:   PNC Bank (Click here for more Info)

There are 3 levels to choose from, therefore 3 different bonus offers.  Each account level has different balance requirements, but they all come with 3 nested accounts within one account.  See below.

This is a great Bonus for a dynamic checking account.  You get to split your 1 account into 3 sectors (for example: regular, emergency spending, savings)--its like having 3 bank accounts in one for managing your money better.  To get the $50, $200 or $300 Bonus, you need a total of $500, $2000, or $5000 of Direct Deposits, respectively, AND you must make 10 purchases using your PNC debit card--all within the first 60 day period;  After the first 60 days, to maintain the free account, you have to maintain the minimum deposits going forward; so you may need to point at least part of your direct deposits here to make this Free account called "Virtual Wallet" workable.  If balance is not maintains, monthly fees are typically $7, $15, $25 mthly fee, respectively.)

Additional note: These Bonus has been ending and restarting every 2 to 3 months.

2. Pays up to $200 to open Checking account (and $150 for Savings).  Good thru 7/17/2017:  Chase Bank  (Click here for more Info)

Great Bonus, but you may need Direct Deposit to qualify for it, or you will need to jump some hoops monthly going forward to avoid a monthly fee (Either 1. Minimum Direct Deposit of $500  OR   2. Min Daily Balance of $1,500, which means you can never drop below this amount   OR   3. Min Total (incls credit cards balances, etc) Daily Balance of $5000).  If you do any one of these, you will avoid monthly fee of $12.  *Also, note, Chase also has a $150 bonus for its savings account with other separate stipulations to stays a free account.

While the below accounts are no longer offering cash bonuses as of posting, they are however still offering valuable no-fee accounts.  They are also worth looking into:

3. Currently not offering a bonus. Pays $50 to $100 to open savings account (current Bonus is $50):  CAPITALONE360.com  (Click here for more Info)

When offering a bonus, this was the best no-hassle deal thus far from my assessment, sense you do not have to do much to get or maintain. However, as a no-fee account with no minimum balances to stay free, it is still worth a shot.  Interest is currently at 0.75%.
