Ann Taylor, my love..... I AM BREAKING UP WITH YOU!

Quality, quality.  You used to be allllll over it.  I could count on you like my bestie. If ever I needed an outfit, and especially last minute, you were the one. I knew the very corners of your store oh so quite well, because I was the one perusing the sales rack and getting my best finds.  All I had to worry about was price, because Quality was always there.  Even if I had no other immediate choice but to go for brokes, I did so willingly because I knew that your Quality would stand up royally.  But no more.  On several recent occasions, I paused and pondered, and then
bolted the hell out of your store---very disappointed, time after time. 

And I find it awesome that Kate Hudson looks fantastic in everything you put her in.  I mean, really awesome great pics.  She makes anyone want to buy an Ann Taylor building for God sakes.  I love her fit.   Kudos to the selector of her as the central model.  But in reality, No Go.  No.  No like-ee.  Eh eh.  Screen and real life do not fit.   

I have to now consider a breakup of magnanimous proportions.  

And let me not start with Loft.  I just had to return almost an entire order of about 8 items because they looked like GAP rejects.  I like my GAP, but not for this type of clothing.  I mean, come on, my darling Ann Taylor---you know I used to love you---who is watching the post in your house?  The reigns are off, and they are heading to no destination that I am going to.

And perhaps that is the aim of yours.  So be it.  I wish you a safe journey, but I have to step off of your train and board another.  The jury is still out on the suitable replacement.  I wish to find another one as lovely as you used to be, my love.   For one stop targeted wears are hard to find.  Arevoir, arevedeachi, adios, goodbye, it was a fantastic run, ...... oh why, why, whyyy......  Okay, get control, suck it up..... "talking to myself here".....breathe ..... you will go on ..... I will love again!
